We have done our best to give you as much information as possible on this website. However we are sure you will have some questions we have not covered. Contact us to check the property is available for the dates you want to book. Assuming it is available, please read the Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions and then print off the booking form booking form, complete it and send it to us. In the meantime, if you want to make a provisional booking, please email us to confirm dates, details in party, etc. We will ask you to send us a deposit of 30% of the holiday cost, and a returnable security deposit of £150.00 at point of booking. We will then send you a holiday confirmation form and receipt for the deposit. Please check these carefully to be absolutely sure neither of us have made any mistakes. We ask that you pay the balance of your holiday cost six weeks (42 days) prior to the commencement of the holiday (this date will be stated clearly in the holiday confirmation form we send you). If you are making a late booking and your holiday is due to start within six weeks we will ask you to pay the full amount of your holiday. We will of course send you a receipt for this. Our preferred method of payment is by interbank transfer.
